WEATHER/DRESS:

Albuquerque typically enjoys a pleasant climate at this time of year. Evenings may be quite cool, and rain is rare. Average daily high temperature in early April is 70ºF/21ºC, average low temperature is 41ºF/5ºC, with 33% humidity and 79% chance of sunshine.  Low humidity and lots of sunshine means visitors need to stay hydrated by drinking lots of water as well as using lotion and sun block for protection

Appropriate dress for the meeting is business casual. As evening (and meeting room) temperatures may be cool, a jacket is suggested.
There are several outdoor destinations; and for even just exploring Old Town, good walking shoes are recommended.
