GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS:
In order to exhibit at our
annual meeting, the SIMD requires some level of support, and we are very
grateful to our sponsors.
Listed below are 5 different levels we
offer:
| Platinum: | for support of $20,000 or more |
| Gold: | for support of $8,000 or more |
| Silver: | for support of $3,000 or more |
| Sponsor: | for support of $1,500 or more |
| Non-profit: | $500 |
NOTE: For support of $5,000 or more you can submit a flyer to be included in
the registration packet. Contact Leslie Lublink for details.
The registration fee will be
waived for up to 5 exhibitors per company offering support to our meeting.
As an exhibitor you will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ booth at no
additional cost. The booth consists
of:
• 8’ high back wall drape
• 3’ high side rail drape
• 1 6’ draped table
• 2 molded plastic chairs
• 1 wastebasket
• 1 7” x 44” exhibitor ID sign
Your exhibit will be in the same room as our coffee breaks.
We will be holding an attended poster session the afternoon of March 30th
from 3:30-6:00pm. Please check the

Other
Sponsorship Opportunities:
• Three continental breakfasts will be served
(one each morning).
You will have the opportunity to be recognized as the host (estimated cost per
breakfast $9,000)*.
• A box lunch will be served on Monday, March 29th between
the morning and afternoon session (estimated cost for recognition as host $11,000)*
• Opening reception (level of sponsorship will need to be discussed)
*The costs of these meals will depend on
how many attendees register
