INFORMATION FOR INVITED SPEAKERS (A note from
Leslie Lublink):
As a speaker you are entitled to the following:

Up to 4 nights lodging
and all meals. |

Coach airfare |

3) |
Ground transportation
which includes rental car, shuttles or taxis. |
| 4) | If you are
interested in CME credits you need to pay this when you register on
line. |
ITEMS THAT NEED YOUR ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY:

Content Proposal/Declaration form Parts I, II
and III and mail or fax it to me by (fax#
503-210-1511) or mail: 17007 Old River Dr., Lake
Oswego, OR 97034. |
| 2) | We will be printing abstracts
in the Journal Molecular Genetics and
Metabolism. I would like to request that you
submit an abstract of your talk for the journal.
These must be submitted on line on the SIMD
website (www.simd.org). Please go to the 2010
Meeting link and follow the instructions under
“Abstracts”. The deadline for all abstracts is
November 30, 2009. You must also fax or mail me
a license agreement form by November 30, 2009 if
you are submitting an abstract. |
| 3) | A Mac and PC will be available for your use. If you have any other unusual AV requests, please let me know (ie VCR, DVD player, etc). |
You will need to register for the meeting. I
will make your hotel reservations so once you know your arrival and departure
dates, please email those to me. I will follow up with you at a later date if I
have not heard from you.
