There will be two virtual symposia.

• Monday, May 10th, 2021. The focus of this event will be Metabolic Disease and Immune Function. It will also include a talk from Dr. Georgianne Arnold, the SIMD President from 2019 to 2021.
• Monday, August 9, 2021. The focus of that event will be Patient Centered Clinical Research in Metabolic Disease.

The live-stream events will include the presentations, interactive Q&A, virtual supporters'  booths and four themed networking lounges. The material will also be available for review for up to 90 days after each event.

One registration (and one fee) will apply for both events together. To register, click the "Register" tab.

The cost for registration is $20 (both events included), but free for trainees.

Physician continuing education- Credit will be provided for $15 (one fee for both the May and August events).
The May event is approved for a maximum of 3.0 AMA PRA credits™. See accreditation and designation statements here.
We plan for a similar arrangement for the August event when that curriculum is approved.

You can only receive CME credits if you attended the live event. CME is not available for viewing the sessions on demand. If you signed up for CME credits, you will receive a link via email to the evaluation that you must complete by May 24th in order to receive your certificate for the May 10 event.
